Growing real estate management and investment firm specializing in multifamily housing seeks top-notch Lead Maintenance Technicians. For over 18 years we have invested and provided property management services for over 8,500 apartment units. The Lead Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. The Community is in the Far Mid Cities area and is approximately 150 units. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in preventative maintenance • Trash out units for make-ready product • Make ready and paint apartments as necessary • Maintain organization of the maintenance workshop • Have a positive attitude and maintain safety while at work • Willing to be On-call and must be able to travel locally • Pick up ground and make sure the property looks clean • Other duties may be assigned at various times Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years previous residential apartment lead maintenance experience • HVAC/EPA certification is required • Background in HVAC, building, mechanical skills, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, make-readies, etc. • Must have own tools • Knowledge in pools and irrigation a plus • Excellent customer service skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Successful completion of drug and criminal background screens prior to employment is required. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required/preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
