Seeking a full-time cleaning supervisor that will be out in the field, overseeing various locations across New Jersey. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great problem-solving abilities, be fast-acting, have the ability to take charge, and be able to meet tight deadlines. THE MAJORITY OF THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE DRIVING. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE COMFORTABLE DRIVING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. This role requires managerial responsibilities that include: - supervising all employees across various locations in North, Central, and South Jersey, - training employees to perform their daily tasks, - coordinating staff to ensure all areas are covered, - ensuring all locations are cleaned every night and/or on their nights of service, - delivering supplies and/or equipment promptly, - updating the team daily, - driving to multiple locations daily, - meeting deadlines for special services, - addressing complaints, - and completing inspection reports for various locations. EZ-Pass, gas card, and company vehicle will be provided. Qualifications - Valid Social Security - Valid Driver’s License - Must be able to pass a drug test - Must be comfortable driving long distances daily! - Prior cleaning experience preferred - Open availability preferred - Bilingual highly preferred!!!! Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour
