What we’re looking for: A reliable, detail oriented team player to measure and inspect our ingredients and operate our mixing equipment. When: • First Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday • Second Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday • Third Shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., Monday night through Friday night Please indicate which shift(s) you are interested in when you reply. What you’ll be doing: • Read and follow recipes accurately in order to measure and mix raw ingredients appropriately • Learn how to inspect, operate, and clean mixing equipment in the dough room • Keep accurate and thorough records, including lot numbers and production logs What you’ll bring to the team: • You are clean, reliable, and will have excellent attendance • You work well with others and appreciate diversity and other cultures • You possess basic math skills, follow directions well, and are extremely organized • You work quickly, accurately, and can perform repetitive motions • You can lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis • You are physically able to stand for long periods of time, as well as crouch, bend, climb stairs, steps, and ladders • You have a positive attitude with a great sense of humor • You care about your work and will always strive for quality Education and Experience: • Ability to read, write, and speak English • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred, but willing to train the right candidate • A love for baking also a plus Why choose Partners over the other big names?
