Need help with taxes

I suffer from Parkinson's and have been delinquent in taxes for years. Missing some Maryland return for several years. Have made very little money, for most of those years, but have to get in the returns. Years ago, I lost most of my records when my home burned down. That, and my illness, have set me back. I am looking for someone that knows how to do this. I don't have a lot of money but I will find a way to pay you. My car registration is now suspended because of this and I can't get someone to give me a ride in my car to go to the doctor. This is an extremely critical situation.
