We are now registering students for the upcoming Nurse Aide training. This course is required to take the Board of Nursing exam to become a CNA (certified nursing assistant). The course is 120 hours and structured as follows: *50 hours on-line training from your home at whatever time is convenient for you *30 hours skills lab training at Moon River Nursing Careers in Ashburn, VA *40 hours clinicals at a local nursing home where students get to work with patients Call us today to register for either the weekday or weekend only Nurse Aide training. SEPTEMBER 19 - OCTOBER 28 Monday-Friday On-line training and Skills/Clinicals SEPTEMBER 24- NOVEMBER 13 Saturday-Sunday On-line training and Skills/Clinicals SEPTEMBER 26- NOVEMBER 4 Monday-Friday On-line training and Skills/Clinicals This is a private pay program, but if you need financial assistance in paying for the course, there is some federal funding available. We also offer a payment plan to pay for the course. For those who want to work in home care, many of our graduating students work at our affiliate Moon River Senior Care.
