Full time maintenance position at beach side timeshare. General duties include pool cleaning, arrange pool deck, empty trash cans. Mow small area of grass. Minor maintenance in rooms, painting touch ups, program TV's, change locks as needed. Health care benefits after 90 days probation period. Days off are Sunday and Monday. 8 hour shift starting around sunrise. Paid lunch. Must pass drug screen and criminal back ground check.
