Insurance Risk Services is seeking to expand its inspector base to cover additional volume in both Residential and Commercial orders. What the job entails: Most of our orders are exterior only. You will need to take photos of all sides, including roof, and accurately measure the home. You will then upload the photos, complete a short questionnaire form, and sketch the location based on your measurements. Average time spent at a location is 5-10 minutes. Average upload time is 10-15 minutes. Requirements: Ability to pass a background check, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, take quality photos, accurately measure homes, reliable transportation, and High-speed internet. Experience is preferred but not required. Tools: Camera with a minimum of a 10X zoom, 12-inch measuring wheel, a 15 foot camera pole, windows computer, printer and reliable transportation. Pay: Compensation is on a per inspection basis and ranges between $7-75 per order. This is dependent on the location and type of survey you're doing. We are paid bi-monthly, by direct deposit.
