Helper for parties with horse experience

Do you have horse experience? Are you great with kids? If so, please reach out! We are a Santa Barbara based party pony company that visits locations around town (and sometimes out of town such as: Carpinteria, Santa Ynez, Lompoc, Ojai etc.) with our ponies for birthday parties and events. Most of our events are with children/families so we are looking for helpers that are friendly and good with kids, while also having at least some level of horse experience. Our ultimate helper would also have experience driving a horse trailer, but if you fit the other criteria and don’t have trailer driving experience- that’s ok, we can still use your help! This would be a private contractor/freelance job, meaning you would not be an employee, but rather work for yourself as a freelancer and pick up work for us when we have it! Our events almost always fall on weekends, so you’ll need to be available at least some, if not most weekends. We pay $15hr. You’ll of course be paid for any party hours you work as well as time to get the ponies ready before the party, and then get them back settled when the party is done.
