Description

Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in preparing job site for the contracted scope of work. Tasks include debris & trash removal from jobsite such as concrete, asphalt, brick/stone, framing and other construction materials. Use hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate and feel objects; stoop kneel, crouch and or crawl; for potentially long periods. Ensuring all equipment is maintained and used in accordance with company health and safety regulations. Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or grade tractors. Prepares sites for work and/or excavation. Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches used in structural concrete. Transports tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites. Uses equipment to prepare building sites for exterior site concrete such as parking lots, driveways and sidewalks. Inspects and fuels vehicle prior to beginning shift. Performs routine maintenance and repairs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must work cooperatively with the crew to accomplish tasks; Must be proficient in jobsite safety, maintain good listening skills and ability to follow directions. Must maintain all tools, supplies and equipment so they are kept in good working order and are safe for use; Must maintain work area(s) in a clean and orderly manner on a continuous basis; Full-Time: 40+ Plus Hours Benefits: Paid Weekly 401 (K) Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Vacation
