Rehoming Tortoise

This is Biscuit! He is a male Russian tortoise, fully grown. I am rehoming him due to the electrical issues in my apartment. He’s friendly, but is a picky eater generally. He will always eat romaine lettuce and green leaf lettuce, but otherwise isn’t interested in much. I’d like to rehome him with his setup, which is a 5’x3’ stock tank. Everything would come with him. If you don’t want the setup, you have to have proof of a proper setup. There is a rehoming fee, and the setup cost extra. Pickup in Galloway area, will probably need a truck or an SUV with the back seats down to transport the setup. Text preferred.
