Help with above ground pool needed

Need experienced help with cleaning and resetting above ground swimming pool 18ft round x 4 ft tall. appx. We were in the process of cleaning and refilling when the high wind from a week ago played havoc and caved in the wall. We have it set up (see pictures) but it needs to be cleaned,the bottom needs to be smoothed out and reset to level. Make ready only.
