Father & Son Masonry is a growing business located in South Phoenix seeking a full-time Warehouse Foremen that can immediately add value to the organization and mesh with the dynamic, hardworking, and adaptable team that exists today. The selective Warehouse Foremen will be assigned to run the Yard and successfully complete all daily work orders. To be successful, you must be a quick learner, a quick thinker and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and satisfy our customers. Responsibilities & Qualifications: - Load and unload materials in all work truck prior to departing to jobs - Must be able to quickly pick up on how to navigate inventory program - Microsoft word & excel experience is a MUST - Know how to complete work order efficiently - Maintain all Materials that comes in and out of the Yard -Maintain inventory of all Materials - Able to keep Yard well organized - Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work flexible hours and multitask - Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented - Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision - Time management and ability to prioritize task given - Willingness to learn about new items and procedures quickly -Must have great knowledge of masonry & concrete materials & tools General Education and Experience: Education - High school diploma/G.E.D. minimum. Experience - Prior Management experience, with excellent people skills, is required. Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs intermittently throughout 8 hour day.
