Hello, my fiance and I are planning our wedding for August 2023 and looking for a photographer willing to work with our tight budget (300$-500$). Preferably, this would be a local student or someone looking for the experience to expand their portfolio. I would like to see examples of your work, and I'm not looking for just anyone who can hold a camera--I'd really like to find a talented amateur who has passion, is organized, and takes beautiful photos.
