We are hosting an open house to fill in demand Power Washing positions on our Night Crew. This event will take place at our office, located at 14663 S. 800 West, Bluffdale, UT, 84065 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. All you need to do is be there, we will be conducting interviews on the spot! Birrell Services is a full-service property maintenance company that started business in 1990 and specializes in power washing, parking lot sweeping and striping, and commercial landscaping. We serve companies from Nevada to Wyoming and Colorado to Idaho with our offices in Bluffdale, Utah. We are seeking full time employees for our night shift (10:30pm-6:30am) to help with our power washing services. Must be reliable, responsible and can learn to operate a commercial pressure washing machine and able to work on your own. Experience preferred but not needed. Starting wage is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on job experience and Driver License Record. Bonus Pay:  We also have a bonus/incentive program for this position.  For every hour worked, we set aside an extra $2.00 per hour in a bonus bank that is paid out twice a year.  This bonus is docked for things like late arrivals/going back to finish an incomplete job/leaving truck in poor condition, etc.  If you show up on time, do a good job, and leave your vehicle in good condition for the next crew, you will be eligible for two sizeable bonus checks every year(you also must remain with the company to be eligible for the bonus pay out!) Responsibilities Safe and responsible operation of equipment to maintain safety standards. Organizing and maintaining equipment. Ability to understand and follow thru with directions and meet customer expectations. Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic Qualifications Must have a current Drivers License Experience pulling and backing up a trailer Clean driving record Must have own transportation to and from work.
