Found Yorkshire Terrier/looking for a home

Found stray Yorkshire terrier dog/puppy, found August 14 near Penmar Park. We have been taking care of him as we look for the owner but unfortunately can’t much longer as we will be moving soon and already have a dog of our own. We are hoping to locate the owner, information regarding the owner, or a forever home for this dog as we have tried to locate the owner for almost a month now and do not want to take the dog to a shelter just yet. He is not microchipped nor did he have an ID tag.
