General contractors needed

We're a large real estate renovations fund and we renovate 100s of houses a month. We're looking for general contractors who can commit to doing $1000 per day. Here are the requirements: 1. You must be hands on and work closely with you crew to make sure quality standards are met and work is progressing. 2. Must be able to have a crew on the job site everyday. 3. You will need to get liability insurance which is usually $40-$50/month. 4. Our quality standards are very high and work needs to be done at a high level of quality and attention to detail. 5. License is optional, but helpful if you are a licensed builder. 6. Have a smart phone and be technologically competent. Payment: We do a $100k worth of renovation every week so we operate at a large scale and provide contractors with a large, consistent volume of work. Due to our scale, we're not able to pay at the rate that retail clients may pay, but a GC can expect to earn $4k-$10k in gross payments per week and more if a GC has more crews. 1.
