Find and patch squirrel holes, exterior repairs.

We have got a 2 story older house in the student section of Ann Arbor that has some squirrels getting into it. Looking for someone who has a vehicle, tools, and ladder who can troubleshoot and crawl around on the roof. The roof is mostly walkable. Will also need to trim some tree limbs back from the house. Nothing too tough. They can all be trimmed back by standing on the roof or a ladder. Got a couple of pieces of facia on a 1st floor front porch that need replacing. Also want to replace a gutter around the front porch, 1st floor, with new gutter. All the gutter sections and about 8 or 10', not too long. I'm an experienced remodeler in the Ann Arbor area and we have some end of summer exterior repairs and maintenance that we would like to wrap up. My regular guys are busy on other projects. Looking for someone reliable, drug free and sober, who presents pretty well. I pay by the hour and I pay promptly. Possibly lots more work for the right person. Give me a call and lets talk.
