Tasks include: -Cleaning and re-hanging/replacing window treatments -Re-installing stair rail -Cleaning dripped latex paint from stairs/landing -Replacement of painted over switches and electrical outlets -Possible installation of laminate flooring in basement and kitchen -Other small tasks Must have own tools and transportation.
