The Porter is responsible for the janitorial and maintenance of the common areas and Association property at Craig Ranch. These areas include playgrounds, community buildings, pool facilities and entrance monuments. Because the position requires drive-around inspections, a current Driver's License and reliable automobile is a necessity. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all company mileage at the current government rate per mile.
