LAGUNA BEACH, CA —Laguna Beach northbound commuters, be advised to expect some traffic throughThursday. CalTrans workers will be in the Crystal Cove State Park area between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, they announced, reducing Pacific Coast Highway to one northbound lane, the City of Laguna Beach reported. Expect reduced lanes between Reef Point Drive and Newport Coast Drive on northbound PCH in Newport Beach at Crystal Cove. Delays are expected, officials say.
