Looking for cement and plaster applicator

I am making furniture pieces in plaster, and looking for an extra pair of hands to help me ramp up the production. The ideal candidate would need to be available to come to my studio in dtla for 3 days a week, and work on applying cement and plaster over the furniture pieces. If you think this could work for you, please send over your hourly rate, and any photos of similar experience (doesn't need to be furniture, construction related).
