Job description:
The Williams Company is a local, family owned and operated property Management Company (we built, own, and manage our own properties). We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to provide year round maintenance for one of our apartment complexes.
Requirements:
- You must provide your own truck and tools (we pay you $300/month for your truck and $300/month for your tools. This is for you to maintain them and you would receive payment at the end of the month, every month)
- Must be able to pass a drug test (we are a drug-free work place)
- Facilities Maintenance, Construction, or professional handyman experience required
