45 gallon fish tank and stand

45 gallon tall aquairum. Holds water just fine, comes with stand, 300watt heater. I will throw in the partial top. The "opening" lid got lost, so i just used a piece of plexiglass to cover that portion. The stand has some cosmetic imperfections but works fine. The magnet for the door latch needs to be replaced but when i had the tank set up, the door stayed closed just fine. I have the piece, just never reattached it. Has a power strip inside as well. I can help load if needed, pick up East Vancouver $100
