Lawn Ranger Outdoor Services is currently looking for a Landscape foreman and crew members to join our team. We are a fast growing company and would love to find some people that are motivated to grow with us. We have a great reputation around the Metro and getting calls for more work consistently. We have a lot of work coming up and turning down more because of being short on labor. This is a full time seasonal job with winter hours available for snow removal. Foreman requirements: 2+ years Landscape foreman experience Must have valid MN Driver's license Current MN DOT health card Previous landscape installation experience (Walls, patios, plantings, mulch, rock, edging, etc.) Able to lead and train a crew of 2-3 efficiently Be able to read and follow Landscape plans and execute them to the T Strong work ethic and honesty is a must Snow removal experience is a plus Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus Responsibilities include: Able to work in all weather conditions.
