Extremely busy Real Estate investor /Home Remodeler who remodels homes for various hedgefunds and also for myself are seeking experienced Painters,Drywallers and framers in Leesburg, Ocala and surrounding areas. Must have all tools and reliable transportation. MUST have a paint sprayer, ladder and rollers, Drywallers Must be able to frame, hang and finish. MUST take pride in your work. We don’t want overspray everywhere. Prep is key. After your work is done, it will be inspected! Pay can be by hour or by piece work based at $20-$25 hourly x Estimated time to do a certain piece work. Once a piece work is done, we pay thru zelle or Venmo within minutes. No chasing your money. We do entire homes from roofs to floors. For all trades such as Hvac, roof, electric etc we have licensed companies to handle it. We have work continuously not finish one job and now you are searching for next job. We have enough work to the end of the year. Homes sitting, For consideration call or text me, DO NOT message me thru Craigslist, call or text. This is for Long Term employment.
