Kitten needs help I can't provide!

We found a kitten in our shed a week ago. He's is the cutest sweetest fluffy little guy. HOWEVER- he is having some sort of health issue. He doesn't have a tail, and seems to always have something leaking out of his rear end. I think he is having trouble controlling his bowels. I recently lost my mom and have been unable to work. I don't have the money to take him to the vet. I need to surrender him to someone that can get him medical attention ASAP. He appears to be approx 10 weeks old. He is such a good boy and it's breaking my heart, but I don't want him to suffer.
