The New Country band known as Hodges Country, a group of Nashville recording artists, are seeking additional band members ASAP!!! The music is ALL original New Country! Its powerful and solid and ready to be played out! It got good reception in Nashville so we're ready to do this! We are actively auditioning for members in the Central Florida/Space Coast Area. You MUST be willing to travel as this is NOT just a local bar band. And, by travel we mean within Florida and out of state, not just within Brevard County. We are set to travel up to Nashville in the near future (before the end of this year) for additional recording of new material and shows. We are not looking to play at local bars here in Brevard County. There's enough of that here in Brevard County as it is. We are BMI and ASCAP affiliated. If we have to explain that, this isn't the band for you. You don't have to be in one of these organizations, but it helps and its something you can look into at a later date. Please no beginners or weekend warriors. This is not a garage act, jam band or a bar band. If we have to mention anything about being clean and sober, you're not for us. No druggies. No felons. Responsible drinkers only need apply. MUST be willing to rehearse at a minimum ONCE per week on the material. We have a couple of different rehearsal studio spaces we can use - north county in Titusville and central county as well. MUST have your own gear. MUST have your own transportation. MUST have at least some live performance experience. We are looking for the following personnel to complete the line-up: First and foremost, a BASS player who understands the country vibe and is willing to put in the work on original music; plus - a keyboard player - our recordings have quite a bit of keyboard work in them. AND a fiddle player - we have a grammy award winning fiddle player on our recordings. If you're a fiddle player and are looking for something like this, now's your chance! Step up and contact us! This is NOT a start up band. This is NOT a cover band. Covers are NOT our focus and not something we aspire to play. Can't emphasis that enough. You'll have to bring your "A" game to rehearsals! We are poised to open for larger national acts, but need the personnel. Our previous bass player moved out of state and couldn't continue on. We have some heavy hitters on our current recordings and the music is playing on country music radio stations throughout Texas and up the eastern seaboard. We are local guys though with great music, solid chops and are professional musicians. We'd like to share the stage with like minded musicians who understand the country vibe. The music is fresh, "kickin", heartfelt and well written! Think New Country and you've got the idea!
