Hello Eugene! I’m happy to be starting the next chapter of my Italian chef career here! A few years ago, I challenged myself with creating a pop-up for each region of Italy. That’s 20 pop-ups. I did the first 4 in San Francisco. Now I’m here. To stay. So here we go…
So much I could say about this little province in Italy that is totally underrated. The mountains make the soil hard to grow produce and many animals to graze. It has the smallest coastline of all districts. They are a humble people. Why good food? Because they do the best with the least. We will be highlighting the best of Basilicata on the menu, and having a chat during dinner, all to learn a lot about a little place. Please join us.
This is a BYOB event, but I would love you to have wine that is perfect for this menu. So I’ve paired up with Iris Winery to create a special list of wines to pair. Please call 541-242-6588.
All tables will be outside and family style seating. Please dress accordingly. If you need to enter the house for restroom use, we kindly require that you wear an N95 mask. Thank you.
