Computer Question - Do you know how to 'Clean Up' a Computer?

Hi! Thanks for your help in advance! I'm trying to 'Clean Up' my computer. I know that you are supposed to click on: Accessories Then 'System Tools' Then 'Disk Cleanup' and once that is completed Then 'Disk Defragmenter' Does it matter which one you do first? Are there any other things I should be 'Routinely' doing? Thanks so much for your help!!! Please, please, please if you're not sure how all this works, please don't make any suggestions. Thanks!
