Route Supervisor – Commercial Fleet Washing

Position Summary The Crew Leader in our St. Louis market will help the Operations Manager supervise a local wash team to perform mobile fleet washing services. This is not a desk job and will require manual labor and weekend work. Job Duties (other duties as assigned) • Create and maintain excellent relationships with both crew members, management, and customers. • Supervise crew members in order to provide best services to the accounts assigned. • Drive large box truck upfitted with pressure washing equipment and water tanks. • Learn different washing methods in order to assist in training new crew members. • Promote a safe and sustainable work environment. • Ensure vehicles are prepared at end of day for next day’s washing services. • Monitor supplies and place orders accordingly. • Communicate daily with Operations Manager about crew performance and concerns. Position Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record required. • Experience leading a team on front line or general labor staff, desired. • Self-motivated and driven individual. • Positive and influential leadership skills. • Team Oriented. • Able to anticipate and adapt to challenges. • Able to multi-task and prioritize. • Basic / Mid-level mechanical abilities and enjoys working outdoors with machinery. • Comfortable driving box truck style vehicles (Similar to a moving truck).
