Description

Over The Top Party Planning is hosting a Trick or Treat Ball. Multiple characters will be in attendence for this royal event. Every child will have a royal coronation and recieve a tiarra from one of our princesses. We will play games, sing songs and have multiple photo opportunities. All children are invited to dress as their favorite character. Everyone over 12 months old will require a ticket to enter VIP ticket includes one magical edit photo. Edits will be emailed after the event from Magical Edits by Nycole. it is not our intention to break any copyright.
