This is Cali, a sweet loving young adult cat who had a very rough start to her life. Cali was abandoned and left on the streets when she wasn't even 1 years old yet. She got pregnant and was living outside in a bad neighborhood where the neighbors dog frequently trapped her underneath a car. She has known mostly fear and abandonment in her short life, but has nonetheless been the most wonderful and loving of cat moms to her five beautiful kittens. She is always playing with them and cuddling with them and cleaning them. She started out very fearful of humans, and with good reason, but she has slowly begun to open her heart up again and she truly deserves a loving forever home with people who will never turn their back on her. I think she would do greatest in a family with a quiet home; perhaps with an elderly individual or couple who is in need of a loving companion animal. She has had her first round of dewormer but she still needs to be spayed and microchipped. Because of this, I am not charging an adoption fee but will be taking adoption applications and ensuring she finds a responsible pet parent whom can verify a set appointment for her spaying surgery.
