Hank is a 3 yr old male purebred English Bulldog. Hank came to us recently from a home that was no longer able to keep him. We are fostering him until he finds the right home. Hank came to us dealing with some aggressive issues to other dogs and strangers. We have found that Hank wants to be pushy and in charge but that he has responded well to proper training and correction. He has acclimated to our 4 dogs fairy quickly. although he still wants to be alpha, he now plays and runs with the other dogs and shares a bed with our little dachshund. Hank is also doing well with strangers. He only barks and acts threatening but then he accepts the stranger. He does like to act tough. He bonds very strong to his master and once trusting of us, he is a fun dog who loves attention. Hank is well behaved in the house, completely potty trained and can be trusted alone. He loves to be lazy! He seems to only have issues with meeting new dogs. we live on a farm and he doesn’t care much about the chickens and livestock. Hank needs to be in a home where he can continue with proper training and exposure to situations to help him outgrow his reactive nature. I will be very selective. Hank has no health issues other than he’s on grain free feed.
