Job Description Millennia Roofing Solutions DBA, Currently has an opening for Crews and Roofers for our Repair team in Residential and Commercial roofing. Requirements: Skilled in various roof types: TPO, Shingle, Metal, Tile & Modified. Steep Slope and Flat. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 75 lbs. Must be able to climb up and down ladders, stand, and stoop. bend and kneel frequently throughout the day. Ability to remove and repair various roofing materials Qualified to read blueprints and submittal packages Must be able to work on roofs within certain heat conditions. Must be confident in interacting with the customer. Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Essential Functions: Capable of measuring and cutting materials to ensure that they fit securely around vents, gutters, chimneys, and walls. Safely transporting all required equipment and materials to job sites. Providing job progress updates daily to your supervisor Responsible for maintaining clear, professional, and honest communication with Supervisors and Managers throughout the day. Responsible for completing all jobs in a timely manner according to the conditions of the contracts. Ability to understand the different types of roofs including Metal, Shingle, Modified, and Concrete, Tile preferred. Understanding of all safety procedures when working on a roof.
