Need a few hours of laughter? The Strand and Rob Steen from Rent A Comic, have partnered to bring some of Boston's Best comedians to Dover. Lenny is credited with 53 TV shows and movies including 2004 a series of unfortunate events and stared in the TV series" Rescue Me" as Uncle Teddy. Now best of Boston's stand-up comedians is coming to the Strand in Dover. This event will surely sell out, so get your tickets early. A great way to relieve stress is laughter. Tickets are for the General Admission theater seating, VIP tickets are tables near the stage with wait staffWill dinner be available before the show? No, The Strand does not provide dinner at this time. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the Strand, all within a 4-minute walk. Call ahead to inquire about current eating in rules. Will we have to stay in our seats? No .What is the seating capacity? The normal capacity is 196 + VIP seating on the dance floor if any.Will there be a bar? We do serve adult beverages. Is parking available? The Strand does not have designated parking available. Do not park across the street in the Holy Rosary parking lot. Your car will be towed. Starting at 8 pm street parking is free. Parking is also available at the Train Station at the end of Third Street. It is about a 2-to-3-minute walk.
