You will learn how to place and style: 2-3 speciality cheeses, one charcuterie (salami), grapes, pistachios, berries, garnishes. Garnishes will include one honey stick per mini board and one macaron from Waterbean Coffee per mini board. The price of the ticket is $40 and includes all ingredients, placement and styling instruction, a salami rose tutorial, and a mini "to go" board with a lid to travel home with. SPOTS ARE LIMITED. Tickets must be paid for to reserve your spot by Wednesday September 14th.
