Keys looking to start a new band

Keys player, I also play bass and sing. I'm in my 50s. A friend of mine in SoCal introduced me to this Yacht Rock band and I have been wondering if there's anyone else out in this area that might find this genre or related interesting. Song ideas don't have to be strictly yacht rock, I'm about having fun playing music and encouraging each other to develop skills. Sounding tight, good volume quality tone and enjoy entertaining with good creative song list. I have been in bands in this region with a lot of cool musicians and it would be great if it's someone I have been in a band with before. Life is short. I think a Yacht Rockish or similiar band would be well received and a very cool experience.
