Missing black long haired cat on Bisbee

A man named Emery who lives on the 3000 block of Bisbee was seen trying to shove one of my cats into what was described as a sac. Because of this and other erratic and hateful behavior I am concerned he may have killed my sweet kitty, her name is Vader. Vader is an American Domestic longhair, she is small but stout, completely jet black with yellow eyes. Normally she is very quiet with a sweet, quiet meow. However, I am familiar with her frantic and hungry meow because she is a rescue, and when I first found her she meowed up a storm. It wasn’t until after she became certain she didn’t need to be afraid or hungry that I saw her default behavior is like a ninja, very quiet, but preciously sweet. I was told by more than one neighbor that he is a mean drunk. That he is alright until he gets drunk, But once drunk he is mean, obnoxious and loud. I heard the way he spoke to a woman I saw at his home regularly. I am not sure if she is his wife, but god bless her heart if she is. Here are some of the things this awful man did: First he began spying on me through a privacy fence. When myself and others caught him, and called him out for doing it, he became angry. So then he: 1) Waved and pointed a gun at myself and multiple other people, who were doing absolutely nothing to him. 2) Shot a duck and put it in my yard. 3) Put 3 unskinned, therefore very smelly, hooves or an unknown animal in my yard. 4) Threw feces in the yard and in my belongings. 5) Continued to harass me with the cops, threats and a gun. All of this because I was RV camping in an allotment of land that I was told was owned by someone, who in reality did not own it. I found this out within a day of being there and promptly received permission from the neighbors, including Emery, that I could stay for a short period of time while working on the RV I have been living in since being illegally evicted from the mobile home I own. To show my gratitude I was cleaning up the land. It has been overgrown with Foxtails, a very difficult weed to remove, especially because I was gardening it by hand. I wanted to do more for the neighbors but because of Emery’s harassment I could no longer stay at the land. It all became a mess I never intended to cause, and I still feel bad about that. But I also feel horrible for my cat Vader. If anyone knows of a cat fitting her description who arrived in the Altamonte neighborhood in the past month or so please let me know.
