About Russian Speaking Women In Tech Silicon Valley: RSWIT Russian Speaking Women in Tech network was established in 2014 in Silicon Valley by Lilia Shwarts (mother of 2) and Julia Minkowski (mother of 3) who share the same passion: love of technology and community work with women. They are working mothers, techies and entrepreneurs. They both strongly believe in themselves, their talents, and the power of the women's network. After Lilia's move to North Carolina, the group has been led by Margarette Kesselman and Alla Shamis. The goal for our grass-roots initiative is to provide a professional and inspirational networking platform for Russian Speaking Women in Tech, and to enable you to take actions to advance yourself. Our idea is to learn from each other. Share, inspire, empower, motivate you, and as a result, drive you to be more successful and celebrate that success together with us. Our monthly speakers will be interesting, successful and talented women and men, who are willing to share their knowledge, wisdom, and experiences to help us to grow. The group grew from 30 members in July 2014 to 3,600 local amazing members in 2022 and keeps growing. Stay tuned on Facebook! We always welcome your feedback, comments, and ideas.
