Rehoming male dog

Rehoming my male dog, he loves kayaking, camping, paddle boarding, and water. He will be 2 in December, has all of his shots, which we have documented. Hes great with kids, and other dogs (can take him a bit to warm up to them though, but never an issue), unknown how he is with cats/livestock. He is a German shepherd, lab, malamute mix, about the size of a lab. I will be picky about the home we decide for him, he needs lots and I mean LOTS of room to run, so land is required. (Not talking about a fenced back yard) He knows basic commands, sit, stay, lay down, he does GREAT off leash (for outdoorsy people) however, on leash he tugs super hard (needs work.) He will come with a 2XL dog kennel, nice food/water bowels and tray, toys, bag of dog food. There is a rehoming fee to ensure he is placed with the correct person.
