Arriva la Vendemmia! Harvest is a rejoicing time of the year where the countryside is abuzz with farmers harvesting all sorts of goodies from the fields. In this class, Chef Antonio will teach you how Italian families cook harvest meals with fresh foods in ingenious ways! Antipasto: Grilled Melanzane with fresh herbs Primo: Ravioli di Zucca Secondo: Pollo alla Diavola Contorni: Peperonata tricoloreDolci: Mirtilli al uva sorbetto Join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm at Sala del Vino, where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the evening. This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers. * A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
