Description

Team Florida Northeast's GUT CHECK is hosted by B3 Better Sports Performance and powered by CMPLX Competition Solutions. This event includes a 45 minute C&J clinic, taught by USAW L2 Coach Joey Fisher and joined by USAW National Coach, Joe Hanson. Following a 10-minute break, teams of 4 will take on a crucible style workout: - 18 min for each teammate to complete 5x5 Power Clean and Bench Press - 6 min for each teammate to complete a 300m shuttle run - 6 min for each teammate to complete a 20 rep traditional deadlift (unbroken) Three timeslots are available: 10am, 1130am, 1pm Cost: $60pp. Includes the full clinic plus a commemorative t-shirt and swag!
