Description
Hi there. It is with a heavy heart that we must rehome our 2 year old female purebred German shepherd. Her name is Maddy. A little bit about maddy: When we got her we rescued her from deplorable conditions. She was living outside with no food water or shelter. She was about 8 weeks old when we rescued her. Since then, we have worked very hard to create a trusting loving environment for her. She’s terrified to be anywhere except a fenced in yard. She is terrified to be on a leash, refuses to move. She does not like car rides, it’s work to get her in the car to go to the vet. She loves to play. She loves kids and all animals. She Loves to play with cats and chase them but has never hurt them. She’s very hyper as she is still a puppy! She needs a family that has time to be patient with her to get her to learn to love to go for walks, a family that will play with her, that will give her all of the love and attention she needs and one that has time to invest in more training. Due to our circumstances, we cannot keep her unfortunately. She is spayed, she just got a bunch of her shots and has her rabies which I will provide. She knows simple commands like out, in (to go in her kennel, and sit. She doesn’t know much more than that. She is crate trained and house broken. She is such a sweet girl. In the mornings she’s so excited to see people she whines and when she wants attention she whines. She would make a great addition to any family. I will provide all paperwork from vet visits, as well as the current food she is on. I’m asking for someone to give her the best home in the world. She is an indoor dog and I’d prefer her to go to a home where she’s not living outside 24/7 as the vet and I suspect that’s where alot of her fears come from. I am asking a rehoming fee and I will be checking vet references. She will come with her crate as well. Remember: German shepherds are very energetic dogs. They need to run. They need patient loving people. If you don’t have the time to invest in her, do not have a vet reference, or will keep her outside all of the time, please do not answer this ad. She is currently 75 pounds and just the happiest sweetest girl. She may bark or whine the first couple nights but once she gets accustomed she will thrive with the right people. Serious inquiries only. My rehoming fee I’m asking is 200.
