On a Saturday afternoon, February 19, 2022, I was severely injured by a dangerous and reckless driver. I was riding my Kawasaki 650 motorcycle and the offending driver was in a white Subaru SUV. The Subaru driver executed an extremely aggressive and illegal lane change maneuver and ran over me as I was on my motorcycle. I have been riding street bikes for over 40 years... always been very conservative following all traffic laws and never had an accident. The driver of the Subaru basically ran over me from behind as he aggressively attempted to cut me off in traffic. The assault happened at the intersection of Pelham Road and East North Street in Greenville, SC on that Saturday afternoon at around 3:00 PM.
