Cleaning, Rigging & Finishing Pontoon Boat Project

Looking for the right individual to finish a Pontoon restoration project. Already tore it down and replaced wood deck, carpet and seats. Ran out of time and am just too busy to finish. Need everything cleaned up from sitting, finish screwing seat bases down, install new hydraulic steering at the helm, rig motor controls and ignition and install new lights and make sure wiring hooked up etc. Looking for someone to come by and take a look at the project and bid it for a set fee. Not interested in paying someone hourly. I'm willing to break the cost down by projects and pay upon completion.
