Project is located at a house near the intersection of 99th Avennue and Thunderbird Road. There is a double gate to access the backyard loaction of the project. The paver areas have already been excavated and a 2 inch layer of compacted 1/4 minus granite already exists. The delivered pavers will be inside the gate, 20 to 40 feet from the areas to be created. There will also be enough 1/4 minus granite to bring the areas to proper level (about 1/2 to 1 inch more) Also enough material and portland cement to mortar in the headers. ( I would like the header pavers to be mortared in with 2 inches of mortar) There are 3 areas to complete. A 48 inch wide walkway. 63 square feet of pavers. 60 linear feet of header. Curved. A second area... 150 square feet with 25 linear feet of curved header and 40 linear feet of straight header. A third area... rectangular... 175 square feet of pavers with 50 linear feet of straight header. You will be expected to visit the job to determine what you will need to do, then return with your crew another day. I would like for you to have a mechanical compactor and a large gasoline cutoff saw for header cutting. To recap... there are 390 square feet of pavers to lay. There are 175 linear feet of headers to create. Please send an email that includes your name and phone number. Your crew size. Some description of your experience at paver work. Utilizing my description... I would prefer to get an approximate labor cost from you. I won't hold you to it till you've seen the job, but I think you could give me a fairly accurate price. If you have a day rate... this is absolutely a one day project for an experienced crew.
