*** CARPENTER / BEDROOM DOOR INSTALLER needed NOW *** Near Future, we'll need: HANDYMAN / PAINTING / HAULING JUNK / SIMPLE REPAIRS / LICENSED ELECTRICIAN / LICENSED ROOFER -------------------------------------------------- We need someone who is an EXPERT at installing household bedroom doors. A bi-folding louver / accordian door was installed by a previous tenant and we need a solid door with secure bolt lock -- something inexpensive that can be found at Home Depot (nearby our house). The door may be a small tad oversized, so someone who is good at shaving down the door with a DOOR TRIM TOOL and a truck to bring the door from the store to the house is needed. We don't want a sloppy, amateur job. It should look and feel professional. We estimate this will take less than 3-4 hours. Please submit 2 references we can call to check your reputation. We would like to have this finished in September. We are flexible as to your schedule and you could do the work during daylight hours on ANY day of your choice. The house is 80 years old and dilapidated/run-down. So we have a ton of work to do over the next 18-24 months, so we hope to find 10-15 good people to do various home improvement tasks. Thank you!
