I share my recording space with 3 other individuals and have had a recent departure from our camp providing an opportunity for someone creative, kind, considerate and clean to involve themselves with a lovely and vibed out space in DTLA with a hybrid analog/digital recording infrastructure and space to host an entire band. It is my personal recording playground with an analog TAC Scorpion 32x8x2 mixing console and PT10 HD system with mics and instruments. There are drum kits, keys, piano, guitar/bass amps etc... We share the time and though I hold sessions in the space everyone has been happy with how much time they get. Its roughly 1000 sq/ft with 12 ft ceilings has an iso booth thats roughly 9ft x 5 ft and a wonderful view of the DTLA skyline from the windows.
