Looking to add a 4th man to our established and productive squad of fine finish painters. We work on high end new construction homes, residential repaints and select exterior projects. Additionally we spray finish cabinets (both new & reconditioned). Our core team has worked together for 3years and have a solid rhythm characterized by a commitment to quality, efficiency and respect. Open to speak with folks who are new to the trade about a well paid w2 learning opportunity. Also open to discussing a 1099 position for experienced and established subcontractors. Non Negotiable: Quality communication. Transportation (our work is all 45mins from Cumberland county and travel is compensated), physical ability and desire to break a sweat: we compensate with a “day rate” and are all expected to work hard for 6-7 hours daily; when the days tasks are done the day is done!
