ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform all repairs on equipment brought in by customers as required, using OSHA approved proceduresCarry out preventative maintenance on customer's equipmentUse the computer system to track and record equipment that is worked onAssist the Fulfillment Center to pull orders when neededQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONRequired (Minimum) QualificationsMust pass pre-employment drug screeningMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have a strong mechanical maintenance background with referencesMust have valid AK Driver's license and safe driving recordKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be capable of learning to use a computer system to track customer transactionsA high degree of attention to the task at hand to prevent injury to self or others, as well as company propertyFollow all safety rules and procedures and properly use all safety gearAbility to read and write English and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environmentMust be capable of safely handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyPossess a sense of professionalism, responsibility and pride in workAbility to follow directions from supervisors and seek assistance when neededAbility to work well and clearly communicate with othersPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Job is performed in an indoor repair center setting and warehouse environment Exposure to computer screens and requires use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone systemSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilitiesADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, you are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable references and background check.
